Fred Perry is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Paris retail team and contribute to an inviting store environment. You will engage customers, share brand stories, and support store operations with a positive, proactive approach.

In this role you will develop product knowledge, deliver excellent service, and collaborate with managers and buyers to enhance the customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. Weekend availability is preferred.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.

• Provide customer feedback to managers and buyers.
• Keep shop floor and stockroom organised and stocked.
• Follow health and safety procedures and prevent losses.
• Use product knowledge to address customer needs.
• Explain returns policy to strengthen relationships.
• Foster a cheerful team atmosphere.
• Deliver friendly communication in person and over the phone.
• Learn about the company, products and retail trends.
