Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Galeries Lafayette Bordeaux to bring the brand to life in-store. You will partner with store leadership to deliver exceptional service, drive visibility, and support events and clienteling initiatives.

The role is part-time (24 hours per week) for 12 months, with the opportunity to grow within Tapestry's house of brands. You’ll leverage your retail experience and strong communication to build customer connections and sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and ability to apply insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience in-store.
• Develop clienteling strategies and support in-store events.
• Build partnerships with local retail teams and attend brand events.
• Track store performance and present actionable plans.
• Identify growth opportunities through in-store activations and omni-channel strategies.
• Collaborate with department store management to improve brand visibility.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and ensure season displays.
• Coordinate with regional visual merchandising and manage deliveries.
