Tapestry, Inc. in Bordeaux is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring Coach and Kate Spade New York to life in department stores.

You will work 24 hours per week for a 12-month contract, reporting to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador and partnering with store teams to drive brand visibility, client engagement, and sales. The role requires at least two years in retail, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, strong communication and analytical skills, and a proactive, collaborative

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with department store operations, customer service, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated customer experience using brand training and resources.
• Develop clienteling strategies and support in-store events and activations.
• Partner with local retail teams to understand customer profiles and opportunities.
• Attend brand events to deepen market knowledge and align with priorities.
• Track store performance and present actionable plans to leadership.
• Ensure visual merchandising and delivery schedules are followed.
