Avenir Bizness is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the profitable operation of all branch activities in Île-de-France. You will report financial and operational information to company management and manage hiring, training, and dismissal of branch staff on a timely basis.

Key duties include maintaining expenses and asset control, identifying improvements, and producing weekly operations and sales reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
• 2+ years' of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience hiring and training individuals.

Responsabilités

• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement.
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch.
• Hire and train all employees of the branch.
