Alstom in France offers a 12-month apprenticeship within the Treasury & Financing team focused on Bonds & Guarantees SaaS deployment and governance. You will work with an international team across France, Germany, Romania and Switzerland on practical trade finance tools and data workflows.

You will learn to test and implement new solutions, manage data extraction and dashboards, and support country treasuries in dematerialisation projects while building strong business and finance know-how.

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills and interest in process improvement and KPI/reporting dashboards.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good working level of written and spoken English.
Strong interest in digital SaaS solutions, data analytics and business intelligence tools (Qlik or similar is a plus).

Responsabilités

Support the deployment and day-to-day use of the Bonds & Guarantees SaaS across Regions.
Support testing, validation and deployment of new solutions related to bank connectivity and digital guarantees management.
Monitor and manage Freshdesk tickets in coordination with the B&G team and the SaaS vendor.
Act as interface with the SaaS development and IS&T support teams to ensure user requirements are understood.
Review release notes and communicate enhancements to the B&G team and key users.
Perform data cleansing and prepare data upload and extraction files from the B&G SaaS.
Assist country treasurers in implementing guarantee dematerialisation with local banks, including trainings.
Support connection between B&G SaaS data and BI/reporting tools.
