ALSTOM Gruppe in France seeks a motivated apprentice to join the Bonds & Guarantees (B&G) team within Treasury and Financing. You will assist in the deployment of a SaaS solution for guarantees, interact with banks and internal teams, and support data analytics and reporting initiatives worldwide.

The role offers exposure to multi-country treasury operations, governance, and KM around bank connections, with training and development in a global industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and interest in process improvement and KPI/reporting dashboards.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good working level of written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in digital SaaS solutions, data analytics and business intelligence tools (Qlik or similar).
• Rigorous, reliable and detail‑oriented.

Responsabilités

• Support the continuous improvement of the Bonds & Guarantees SaaS solution and its deployment across Regions, in coordination with country treasury teams and local banks.
• Support the testing, validation and potential deployment of new solutions related to bank connectivity and digital guarantees management.
• Monitor and manage Freshdesk tickets in coordination with the B&G team and the SaaS vendor.
• Act as an interface with the SaaS development team and IS&T support team to ensure user requirements and change requests are understood.
• Review release notes and communicate relevant enhancements to the B&G team and key users.
• Perform data cleansing activities and prepare data upload and extraction files from the B&G SaaS when required.
• Assist country treasurers in implementing guarantee dematerialisation with local banks, including organisation of trainings.
• Assist the B&G team in reviewing and processing guarantee requests based on defined B&G processes and governance rules.
