Mercor is seeking a Psychiatry Expert for a contract, remote role paying $150/hour. You will evaluate how large language models reason through advanced psychiatric cases and design expert-level diagnostic challenges with clear clinical reasoning.

Qualifications

• Completed psychiatry residency required (ACGME, AOA, or national equivalent).
• Medical degree: MD or DO.
• Active board certification in psychiatry: ABPN, FRCPC, MRCPsych, FRANZCP, or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted medical license.
• 3+ years of independent practice after residency.
• Practice in an accredited or government-licensed setting.
• Based in US, UK, Europe, or Australia.

Preferred

• 10+ direct patient-contact hours per week , current.
• Psychiatry-Specific Subspecialty depth in Addiction , Child/Adolescent , Forensic , Geriatric , or Consultation-Liaison .
• OSCE development or examiner experience.
• Faculty appointment in a department of psychiatry, current or within 2 years.

Interview Process

• Complete a short interview ( 20–30 minutes ).
• The interview explores your clinical background and subspecialty expertise.
