Qualifications

• Education & Experience: final-year Master in Photonics or related field; wet-lab familiarity is a plus.
• Prototyping: strong hands-on experience with optical bench prototyping.
• R&D Mindset: passion for innovation and developing new microscopy and bioimaging features.
• Communication: comfortable collaborating across teams; English proficiency (B1 minimum) required.

Responsibilities

• Operating on existing photonics systems, Raman and multispectral microscopy.
• Conduct bibliographic research on new approaches relevant to the project.
• Propose experiments and optimize signal quality and imaging performance.
