Job summary

Exyte is seeking a Process Engineer to lead and coordinate design activities for biopharmaceutical facilities in Lyon, France. You will drive process design and clean utilities, ensuring safety, GMP compliance, and cost-effective solutions across project phases.

You will collaborate with international teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to HAZOP reviews, FATs/SATs, and the development of P&IDs and mass balances. Fluency in French and professional English are required.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in an engineering field.
• Min. 5–10 years in the design of biopharmaceutical facilities.
• Detailed knowledge of GMP and safety regulations.
• Fluent in French and professional English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Works independently in all areas of process design.
• Leads general room layout during facility design.
• Participates in HAZOP and GMP reviews, FATs, SATs.
• Specializes in design areas like Clean Utilities and Pharmaceutical Process.
• Supports project teams across all project phases.
