Pierre Fabre Laboratories in Toulouse is seeking a senior Transformation Lead to drive the Biometrics operating model across data management, statistics, programming, and regulatory submissions. You will influence governance, vendor oversight, and internal ownership, aligning with cross-functional teams in a GxP environment.

The role requires extensive pharma R&D experience, CDISC standards mastery, and fluency in English and French, with a focus on modern computing environments and GenAI

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Statistics or Biostatistics with pharmaceutical context preferred.
• Senior-level experience in pharma/biotech R&D and leading biometrics transformation.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Biometrics transformation roadmap and governance across data management, statistics, programming, and submissions.
• Strengthen ownership and oversight of statistical strategy, TFL delivery, and QA for submissions.
• Establish KPI-based governance and partner with CROs, QA, and IT to ensure GxP compliance.
