Reformation is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead their store operations in Paris. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of retail experience and 4 years of management experience. You will be responsible for sales performance, delivering an elevated customer experience, and ensuring operational efficiency while promoting brand values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years retail experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years retail management experience required.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.

Responsabilités

• Measure and monitor sales performance and improve business performance.
• Ownership of operational execution of store to achieve necessary revenue targets.
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service through effective scheduling.
