• Observe, assess, and document each child's academic, social, and emotional development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports every child's individual learning journey.
• Encourage practical life skills, sensory exploration, language development, mathematics, and cultural learning through Montessori materials.
• Build positive relationships with parents by providing regular updates on student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in school meetings, events, and professional development programmes.
