Prunelle School Montessori Bilingual in the Paris region is seeking an Early Years Programme (EYP) Teacher to join its bilingual learning community. Qualifications

• Experience with Montessori philosophy in Early Years (beneficial).
• Ability to work in a bilingual English-French environment.
• Strong observation, assessment, and documentation of child progress.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred learning experiences aligned with the Early Years curriculum and Montessori principles.
• Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent learning.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's progress while maintaining accurate developmental records.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents regarding students' growth and well-being.
• Support children's positive behaviour, emotional well-being, and social interaction within the classroom.
• Participate in school events, professional development programmes, and team meetings.
