Jobtailor is seeking a Data Management Specialist to support the VITRO data ecosystem. You will collect and challenge business requirements, perform functional and technical testing, and ensure data quality across DEV, UAT, and PROD.

You will write user guides in French and English, review master data imports, monitor links with reference systems, and enforce data integrity rules within an Agile team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in data management or related fields, preferably in preclinical research.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Autonomy and team collaboration required.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Collect and challenge business requirements; document meeting outcomes and key decisions.
• Perform functional and technical testing of the VITRO application.
• Conduct data quality control on the VITRO database.
• Write and update user documentation in French and English.
• Review and track master data imports in DEV, UAT, and PROD environments.
• Ensure functional understanding of in vitro data applications and their integration with VITRO.
• Validate and monitor links between VITRO and master data/reference systems.
• Implement data integrity rules and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Agile team members and business stakeholders.
