Job summary

Chanel is seeking a BI Product Manager to drive the dashboard and reporting offer for ESG, People & Organization, Ethics & Legal, and other domains. You will lead a squad of BI Data Analysts and Data Engineers, aligning Europe and Global teams to deliver robust decision-support tools within an agile BI product lifecycle.

You will ensure data quality, governance, and impactful storytelling across multinational environments, contributing to Chanel’s sustainable performance and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI product management experience, ideally in ESG, HR, or Legal domains within a corporate setting.
• Excellent communication in English and French, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-specialists.
• Proven leadership in international matrix environments and strong product vision for BI.
• Solid data visualization skills and experience building actionable dashboards.
• Experience in self-service BI and data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary BI squad (Data Analysts, Data Engineers) in an agile setting.
• Define vision, roadmap, and backlog for dashboards across ESG, People & Organization, and Ethics & Legal.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and relevance across BI solutions.
• Monitor adoption and user satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Europe and Global teams and with Tech to design optimal solutions.
• Champion data storytelling and improve governance within domains.
