Job summary

Keoni Consulting is seeking a BI/Decision-Making Developer to implement a new data visualization and real-time monitoring solution for market risk indicators and P&L monitoring on Interest Rate Derivatives desks. You will support analysts, front-end developers, and ETL teams, building Atoti-based dashboards with real-time data from Kafka feeds.

Requirements include an engineering or Master's in finance and computer science, 5–7 years experience, and strong communication skills in English.

# BI/Decision-Making Developer – Atoti/Java Developer –* Home* BI/Decision-Making Developer – Atoti/Java Developer –* October 30, 2026* 0 Comments* By Roberte OkoyaContext Between 3 and 6 years Within a new team, the consultant will participate in the implementation of a new data visualization and real-time monitoring solution for market risk indicators and P&L monitoring for Interest Rate Derivatives desks (short & long term, options).MISSIONS The consultant will support Business Analysts, Java Front End developers, and ETL Back End developers in building this new framework. In this capacity, the consultant will develop new risk metrics in the front end of the data visualization software using real-time data (trades, intraday, market data). These metrics will be calculated from Kafka ETL feeds originating from multiple data sources. The consultant will also advise Business Analysts on building Atoti analytical dashboards, enabling traders to monitor their positions in real time (risk projections, explain P&L). This mission will be carried out in collaboration with the Tech Lead to optimize the configurations related to the deployment of the OLAP cube on regional instances. The consultant will participate in validation testing, deliverable design, and solution deployment, and will be responsible for producing the associated technical and functional documentation. • Technical Environment Development Environment: GIT, Jenkins, XLR/XLD Data Visualization Technology: Atoti (Activiam publisher), Kafka OS: Linux, Windows Relational Databases (Sybase, SingleStore, Oracle), OLAP cube, MDX, SQL, Excel Languages: C# / Java Specific Expertise: With a higher education degree (engineering school or Master's), specializing in information systems and financial markets, the consultant must master the software development lifecycle and have strong skills in monitoring market indicators (Greeks and P&L) on a derivatives desk specializing in interest rates, foreign exchange, credit, or equity. Possessing strong rigor and responsiveness, the consultant must have excellent communication skills, be proactive and able to take initiative, and have strong analytical and synthesis skills. Fluency in English is required (both written and spoken).
