Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cosmetic retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability deliver exceptional client service.
• Track record of meeting personal + counter sales targets and KPI.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships with leadership and team.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Memorable, positive, and professional presence.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.

Responsabilités

• Delivering exceptional client service.
• Responsible for the achievement of personal targets and KPI.
• Delivering Best-in-class education to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
• Ability to implement coaching and receive both positive and constructive feedback professionally.
• Support team in obtaining visual merchandising expectations.
• Accountable for maintaining their area of pride daily and weekly (stocking, testers, OOS).
• Adhere to ABH Dress code guidelines and reflect current trends.
