Commonwealth Building, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Business Development & Marketing to drive growth in the AEC sector. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client and industry relationships, and lead proposals and presentations with senior leadership.

Collaborating with Pre-Construction, Estimating and Project Management, you will position CBI for continued expansion, manage the CRM and marketing initiatives, and represent the firm at trade shows and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in business development, sales, lead generation, client relationship management, marketing, or related role.
• AEC industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.
• Experience with CRM platforms and maintaining business development pipelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and partners.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and industry involvement.
• Collaborate with Pre-Construction, Estimating, and PM teams on proposals and RFPs.
• Coordinate sales/presentation materials and client interviews.
• Track proposals and CRM activity to evaluate BD effectiveness.
