You will lead a team, mentor engineers, and define technical processes. Qualifications

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript, familiar with Fastify and Express.
• Solid experience with Go, or willingness to learn.
• Deep understanding of databases including MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Docker and K8s workflows.
