You will drive people development, ensure smooth collaboration across teams, and facilitate complex technical decisions, all within a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical and leadership skills, guiding the team towards autonomy and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid backend engineering culture: web architecture, APIs, databases, and feature lifecycle.
• Ability to understand technical challenges without necessarily being a hands-on expert in all.
• Strong understanding of quality practices: testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and technical debt management.
