Jobtailor in Caen, France is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to grow a client portfolio in industrial and commercial zones across Normandy. You will manage clients end-to-end and collaborate with our technical teams to win large accounts.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or business, with several years in renewable energy (solar preferred), and proven negotiation and contract-drafting skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, business or related field is required.
• Several years of experience in renewable energy, ideally solar or construction.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience drafting commercial proposals and contracts.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Solid technical knowledge of solar and construction sectors.

Responsabilités

• Develop a client portfolio in industrial and commercial zones.
• Provide end-to-end client management.
• Work closely with our technical teams.
• Actively contribute to the commercial strategy.
• Support responses to large-account tenders (RFPs).
