Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join the B2B Sales & Care team in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will analyze data, support reporting, and help improve processes to maximize opportunities and revenue.

Working with Sales, IT, Data, and Hotels, you will translate insights into actions, prepare presentations, and contribute to dashboards in Tableau. Fluent English and French are required; currently pursuing a degree in business or analytics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and interest in data analysis.
• Interest in BI/visualization tools (Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and regular B2B reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Support commercial and operational analysis across Sales teams.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with Sales, IT, Data, Hotels.
