Keepit is seeking a proactive field and operations support for Southern Europe to execute regional events, localization, and activation plans. You’ll work with regional leaders and a Senior Marketing Manager to bring the regional plan to life across France, Spain, and Italy.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in field events, digital campaigns, content localization, and social media planning, with flexible hours to fit your studies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Organized and reliable with follow-through and on-time delivery.
• Capable of managing multiple workstreams without losing detail.
• Curious about B2B marketing and eager to learn by doing.
• Experience in marketing, events, or content work through internships or projects.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and social platforms.

Responsabilités

• Work on field events logistics across France, Spain, and Italy.
• Coordinate event booths, assets, lead capture tools, and pre-event briefs.
• Attend events on-site and ensure smooth day-of execution.
• Coordinate localization of content into FR, ES, IT with briefs and timelines.
• Ensure localized content stays on-brand and publish-ready.
• Brief regional teams on campaigns, events, and activation plans.
• Support digital marketing activation and maintain project trackers.
