Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Senior leader to drive B2B and energy market growth. You will define go-to-market strategies, build high-value account plans, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to respond to client needs.

Expect strong consulting background, deep B2B and energy sector experience, and a proven ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams and maintain executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 7 to 15 years of experience, including significant experience in consulting firms.
• Experience in B2B markets and/or the energy sector.
• Preferred: Strong understanding of cross-client issues and ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
• Preferred: Proven contributions or successes in business initiatives.
• Preferred: Ability to build high-quality relationships with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the go-to-market strategy for WPP Enterprise Solutions in B2B and energy markets.
• Build and manage a targeted account plan to maintain high relational intensity with decision-makers.
• Lead the construction of proposals addressing cross-cutting issues, orchestrating necessary business units and expertise.
• Continuously implement excellence in the sales process using internal tools for visibility and management.
• Safeguard WPP Enterprise Solutions' economic and contractual interests during and after sales.
• Regularly follow up on services and relationships with clients to ensure alignment with needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership on B2B and energy issues through public speaking and showcasing successes.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base on B2B and energy markets to enhance commercial action.
• Promote and embody commercial excellence internally, inspiring and developing managerial communities.
