Novatraqr Sàrl in Montrouge is seeking a Technical Lead for their Technical Ecosystem Solutions team at a tier-1 European bank. This role involves providing expert AWS Level 3 support and engaging with application IT lines on development and hosting projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong AWS expertise, experience in a banking environment, and a proven ability to guide diverse teams. There is potential for an internal hire after one year by mutual agreement.

Technical lead inside a Technical Ecosystem Solutions team at a tier-1 European bank. Level 3 support on the Group's AWS Landing Zone and guidance for application IT lines.

Several applications already in production on the Group's AWS Landing Zone. Possible internal hire at the bank after one year, by mutual agreement.

Missions

• Provide expert AWS Level 3 support: incident resolution, observability, capacity management, compliance validation.
• Support application IT lines on their development and hosting projects on the AWS Landing Zone.
• Upskill project teams on AWS and instill a cloud and FinOps culture.
• Challenge the managed service provider's architectural choices and guide technical decisions.
• Oversee build interventions on the AWS Landing Zone.

Profil

• Strong AWS expertise and cloud architecture experience in production.
• Good command of L3 support and complex incident resolution.
• Ability to explain clearly, advise and support diverse teams.
• Banking or highly constrained environment experience strongly valued.
