Skywise, a leading digital services company owned by Airbus, is seeking a Safety Officer to strengthen its Safety, Quality & Certification efforts within the OPEX function. You will define safety objectives, manage SMS, conduct SRM, and support cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and continuous safety improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in aviation safety/quality, a Engineering degree, and strong risk assessment and PPS/5 Whys familiarity.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Safety, Quality, Operations, or Engineering in aviation/safety domains.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and root cause analysis tools.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Define Safety Objectives and SMS across functions and products.
• Perform safety risk assessments and coordinate root cause analyses.
• Monitor safety performance indicators and participate in SMS operation reviews.
• Promote a positive safety culture and encourage reporting of safety concerns.
