Météo-France in Saint-Martin-d'Hères, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, seeks an engineer on CDD to support understanding and use of the avalanche danger bulletin by mountain recreationists. The role emphasizes ergonomic and social science perspectives to improve risk communication about BRA and avalanche problems for the 2026–2028 season.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in ergonomics, psychology, sociology, risk geography, information and communication sciences or related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal skills for field contacts with practitioners, clubs and forecasters.
• Good writing and oral presentation skills.
