Uni Systems is seeking an Audio Visual & Videoconferencing Technician to join our UniQue team in Paris. You will assist users with meeting room and video conference requests, set up meetings, diagnose AV issues, and regularly test and configure equipment.

The role requires strong English communication, documentation skills, and experience with AV systems. Join us to contribute to smooth, high-quality meetings and trainings for end users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AV equipment, meeting rooms, and video conferencing systems.
• Experience providing technical support to users and troubleshooting AV issues.
• Knowledge of audio, video, display, microphone, and conferencing equipment.
• Ability to set up and configure AV equipment for meetings and video calls.

Responsabilités

• Assist users in meeting room and video conference related requests and issues
• Assist users in setting up meetings and video calls
• Identify, diagnose and resolve issues in relation to the AV equipment
• Regularly test the AV equipment
• Configure AV equipment
• Produce documentation for the AV equipment
• Hold workshops and trainings for end users on how to use the AV equipment
• Participate in the planning of improvements and changes to the meeting rooms and the AV equipment
• Operate AV equipment during video conferences
