Arm Limited in Sophia Antipolis invites applications for a Dependability Intern. You will work on Functional Safety, cybersecurity and reliability architecture with SysML modelling and dependable tools, while collaborating with expert engineers on automotive dependability.

The role supports a Master's thesis and offers exposure to AI workloads within a world-leading technology company. The internship lasts 6 months starting in 2027, with a competitive €27,000 annual salary and a strong mentoring

Qualifications

Master's thesis in CS, electronics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of RTL development and verification.
Software development and testing experience.
Strong understanding of computer architecture.
Familiarity with AI workloads and cyber security, reliability and functional safety.

Responsibilities

Work on Functional Safety, cybersecurity and reliability architecture using SysML modelling and dependable tools.
Collaborate with teams to develop architectures emphasizing dependability in Automotive.
Explore new architectures and processes, supporting automotive strategies with Arm.
Engage in AI and dependability research as part of a Master's thesis.
