Job summary

QIMA, a global leader in quality and compliance, is seeking a Quality Auditor in France to assess supplier sites for labor rights, health and safety, and environmental practices. You may audit unannounced and must report findings to clients with integrity.

Fluency in French and English is required, along with a Master’s (or related) degree and 3+ years of QHSE auditing experience. Join our team to help brands ensure safe, compliant products while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
• Experience with SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP audits is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English and French.

Responsibilities

• Audit the manufacturing sites of client suppliers, sometimes without warning.
• Record findings in detailed reports delivered to the client.
• Provide expertise in client meetings to create quality control procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve the quality of Operations projects.

Job Description

You will be expected to:

• Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the client’s in-house procedure
• Be alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client
• Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients

• Provide your expertise in client meetings, to create custom quality control procedures based on their specific requirements
• Contribute your ideas for improving the quality of our Operations projects

Qualifications

It could be you, if you have:

• A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major.
• A Master's degree.
• 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
• SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months is a plus
• Good command of French and English (spoken and written)
