QIMA is seeking a QA/Audit professional to inspect supplier sites across France, concentrating on labor rights, health and safety, and environmental controls. You will document findings with clear, comprehensive reports for clients.

Join a global team, ensuring integrity in audits and contributing to tailored quality procedures during client meetings. Prior experience with SMETA/SA8000 audits is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and at least one higher-education field (Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or related).
• 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
• Experience with SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP audits is a plus.

Job Description

You will be expected to:

• Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the clients' in-house procedure
• Be alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client
• Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients

• Provide your expertise in client meetings, to create custom quality control procedures based on their specific requirements
• Contribute your ideas for improving the quality of our Operations projects

Qualifications

• A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major.
• A Master's degree.
• 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
• SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months is a plus
• Good command of French and English (spoken and written)
