About The Role

What You’ll Do

• Transcribe audio recordings into accurate written text following provided style and formatting guidelines
• Handle a variety of audio conditions — different accents, speech speeds, and recording quality levels
• Apply consistent punctuation, formatting, and speaker labeling rules
• Flag unclear or inaudible segments and document them appropriately
• Meet quality standards and turnaround targets for each assigned batch
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
