AVIONS DE TRANSPORT REGIONAL (ATR) GIE is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to lead and optimize the global spare parts logistics activities within our Customers Support and Services. You will head the warehousing services provider and drive improvements across cost, quality and delivery performance.

As part of the spares Logistics team, you will be the focal point for all warehouse topics, providing daily support to other functions and coordinating with service providers to meet

• Overseeing LSP for warehousing and ensuring full compliance with contractual commitments and key performance indicators (SLAs, OTD, OQD, claims, cost, activity continuity, volume, ...).
• Organizing and leading regular business reviews (weekly/monthly).
• Overseeing logistics standard operating procedures.
• Problem-solve to close performance gaps and support global sustainability and operational targets.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and projects to optimize quality, costs and efficiency, collaborating with the service provider on improvement plans.
• You will be the focal point for all warehouse-related topics and provide daily support to other support functions.

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to lead and optimize the global spare parts logistics activities within our Customers Support and Services in Nicolas’s team: a team of 6 collaborators!

Your Mission

Management of the warehousing services provider:

• Overseeing LSP for warehousing and ensuring full compliance with contractual commitments and key performance indicators (SLAs, OTD, OQD, claims, cost, activity continuity, volume, ...)
• Organizing and leading regular business reviews (weekly/monthly)
• Overseeing logistics standard operating procedures
• Problem-solve to close performance gaps and support global sustainability and operational targets.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and projects to optimize quality, costs and efficiency, collaborating with the service provider on improvement plans.

Logistics Operations Management:

As part of the spares Logistics team, you will be the focal point for all warehouse-related topics and you will provide daily support to other support functions (order follow-up, blockage resolution, ...)

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency by collaborating strategically with service providers, optimizing processes, and leveraging IT systems.
