Job summary

Avions de Transport Régional (ATR) GIE propose un stage de 6 mois à Blagnac, intégré à l'équipe d'amélioration continue. Le(la) stagiaire participera à l'analyse de processus, à la cartographie des flux et au développement d'indicateurs de performance.

Formation Bac+5 en ingénierie/commerce/université avec spécialisation en amélioration continue et data analytics requise; maîtrise d'Excel et Power BI souhaitée; недели formation en Power Platform et IA générative serait un plus.

Qualifications

• Formation Bac+5 en école d'ingénieur, école de commerce ou université avec spécialisation en amélioration continue, transformation des organisations, supply chain, data analytics ou gestion de projet.
• Maîtrise Excel (VBA, formules complexes) et premiers retours sur Power BI.
• Connaissances en outils d’analyse de données et Power Platform appréciées.

• Analyser les processus opérationnels et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
• Cartographier les flux de travail et formaliser les processus existants.
• Identifier les causes racines et proposer des plans d'actions.
• Coordonner et suivre la mise en œuvre des actions avec les parties prenantes.

• Rédiger la documentation opérationnelle et accompagner le changement.
• Présenter les analyses et résultats aux équipes et au management.

• Coordonner et suivre la mise en œuvre des actions d'amélioration avec les parties prenantes.
• Définir et développer des indicateurs de performance et outils de pilotage.
• Contribuer au développement de solutions digitales (Excel, Power BI, Power Platform, outils collaboratifs, IA générative).
• Rédiger la documentation opérationnelle et accompagner les activités de conduite du changement.
• Présenter les analyses, recommandations et résultats aux équipes et au management

Formation : Étudiant(e) Bac+5 en école d'ingénieur, école de commerce ou université avec une spécialisation en amélioration continue, transformation des organisations, supply chain, data analytics ou gestion de projet.

Compétences techniques :

• o Maîtrise Excel (VBA, formules complexes)
• o Première expérience Power BI (création de rapports) & Power Platform ou d'outils d'analyse de données serait appréciée.

Savoir-être :

• o Solides capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
• o Curiosité, autonomie et force de proposition.

Langues : Français et anglais courant.

This internship is designed for you

• Education: Final-year Master's degree student (Engineering School, Business School or University) with a specialization in Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or Project Management.
• Technical Skills:
  • o Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, VBA).
  • o A first experience with Power BI (report development) is required.
  • o Knowledge of Power Platform and/or data analytics tools would be a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills:
  • o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • o Good synthesis and communication capabilities.
  • o Curious, autonomous and proactive mindset.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
