Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects in Norway, with potential 11/3 day rotations and significant travel.

Based in France, you will manage pre-construction through close-out, coordinating with clients and vendors across phases. You will lead the Master Project Schedule, Budget, and VE efforts, ensuring rigorous schedule and cost control

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale data centre projects.
• Ability to manage multiple technical disciplines.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong coordination with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects from pre-construction to close out.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule and Budget.
• Coordinate with client, general contractor and vendor teams.
• Support pre-qualification, bid analysis and contract negotiations.
• Monitor schedule, progress, and budget performance; drive VE opportunities.
