Genpact is seeking an Associate - Insurance - Life to analyze complex insurance data, develop and validate actuarial models, and collaborate with underwriting, finance, and operations. You will communicate findings through clear reports and support pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, or a Master's in Statistics.
• Actuarial credentials or related certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure compliance and relevance of analyses.
• Support decision-making for product development, pricing, and risk management through quantitative analysis.
• Contribute to the documentation of actuarial processes, assumptions, and methodologies for internal and regulatory purposes.
