As an Energy Efficiency Consultant working as part of a highly motivated team, you will drive residential customer engagement in new and existing programs as well as identify technologies that support energy-saving solutions for customers. This position is responsible for providing project/program management services for residential customers' electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects in Connecticut. Through your regular interactions with external stakeholders, energy efficiency contractors, engineers, and internal teammates, including marketing and regulatory compliance, you will accomplish residential sector energy saving goals and help lower the state's carbon emissions.

Emergency Response: Responding to emergency situations to meet customers' needs is part of every employee's role. If employed, you will be given an Emergency Restoration assignment. This means you may be called to assist during an emergency outside of your normal responsibilities, work hours and location.
