A leading global CRO is seeking an Associate Director for the startup phase of studies, based in Lyon, France. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with clinical practices, and managing timelines and budgets. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in life sciences and at least 5 years of managerial experience in a CRO. Excellent communication and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years experience as a line manager in start up within a CRO.
• Experience in commercial studies in start up stage.
• Experience in clinical studies phase II-III.

Responsabilités

• Leading cross-functional project teams globally for the assigned studies in start up phase.
• Assuring adherence to Good Clinical Practices, investigator integrity, and compliance with all study procedures.
• Monitor study timelines, patient recruitment, budget at Start up phase.
