Associate Director of QC Environmental Monitoring

We are seeking an Associate Director of QC Environmental Monitoring at Lilly. This role is responsible for the oversight of environmental monitoring sampling operations, environmental monitoring laboratories, and FUME utilities monitoring. The position requires multitasking and prioritization skills, excellent written and oral communication, decision‑making ability, interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate potential problems and develop or implement alternative solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary range: $123,000 - $180,400
  • Full‑time equivalent employees eligible for a company bonus, depending on company and individual performance
  • Comprehensive benefit program including company‑sponsored 401(k), pension, vacation, medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits, flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts), life insurance and death benefits, certain time off and leave of absence benefits, and well‑being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, employee clubs and activities)
