Regeneron is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Insights & Analytics International to support Neurology across Europe, Japan and Canada in a hybrid model. The role focuses on international performance analytics, customer insights and segmentation to inform strategic decisions.

You will lead market research, build cohorts and treatment journeys, and collaborate with IT, sourcing and vendors to deliver actionable options for growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience including 4+ years in market research.
• Above-country analytics and market research experience in international pharmaceutical markets.
• Understanding of biopharmaceutical commercial dynamics, laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of data industry standards and data asset procedures.
• Expertise in data visualization, data storytelling and report creation tools.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Veeva; experience with BI tools.
• Strong project, change management, presentation and collaboration skills.
• English plus another language (German, French, Italian or Japanese) preferred.

This Role Requires

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in market research.
• Above-country analytics and market research experience in international pharmaceutical markets.
• Understanding of biopharmaceutical commercial dynamics, laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of data industry standards and data asset procedures.
• Expertise in data visualization, data storytelling and report creation tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Veeva.
• Practical experience with Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, Oracle BI, MicroStrategy, Cognos or Spotfire.
• Strong project, change management, presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
• English language skills; with one additional language including German, French, Italian or Japanese preferred.
• Prior biopharmaceutical field sales or marketing experience is desirable.
