Paris School of Business seeks an Associate Dean for Research to lead the School's research strategy across departments and research centres. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee budgets, and drive external funding and partnerships to strengthen academic impact.

You will coordinate with faculty, manage research administration, and promote high-quality publications while advancing the School's international reputation and accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing academic or research teams.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, budget management, KPI monitoring and executive reporting.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English and French.
• Internationally recognised research publications and leadership.
• Knowledge of AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA accreditation standards.
• Experience securing research funding and developing partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the School's research strategy in collaboration with departments and centres.
• Lead research governance, budget planning, and KPI reporting to the Executive Committee.
• Drive external partnerships, funding strategies, and industry collaborations.
• Strengthen the School’s academic reputation through publications and outreach.
• Oversee research direction within the Office of Research and support units.
