ESCP is seeking an experienced professional in scientific direction and higher education to contribute to the School of Technology's scientific and academic orientation. The role aims to strengthen academic excellence across degree and executive education programmes.

The appointed person will lead the scientific vision, develop the research ecosystem, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration at the intersection of technology, management, and innovation.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring scientific and academic coordination across the School of Technology’s full-time and part-time programmes.
• Coordinating the academic and scientific development of programme content.
• Organising and coordinating research activities and scientific initiatives within the School.
• Deliver 150 hours of teaching per academic year across Bachelor, Master, and Executive Education programs.
• Supervise dissertations or research projects, and contribute approx. 30 hours to supervision of dissertations or theses, at Bachelor/Master/PhD levels.
• Developing and leading scientific partnerships with academic institutions and international research centres.
• Contributing to the School of Technology’s research strategy and strengthening its academic reputation.
• Supporting the development of the teaching faculty and encouraging interdisciplinary research collaboration.
• Contributing to pedagogical innovation and the integration of research into teaching.
• Representing the School of Technology in academic networks, conferences and scientific events.
• Promoting continuous improvement in academic quality and scientific excellence.
