SharkNinja Studios is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Content Studio to bring campaigns to life before a frame is shot. This art-first role translates briefs into moodboards, style boards, wardrobe direction, and visual systems, aligning upstream strategy with production needs.

The ACD will partner with the Global Creative Director to shape look and feel across product sizzles, demos, and paid media, while maintaining high craft and fast-paced execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in art direction, creative direction, visual development, branded content, video production, design, or a related creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating moodboards, style boards, campaign development, and art direction.
• Deep experience creating moodboards, style boards, visual territories, and pre-production creative packages.

Responsabilités

• Own visual development across campaigns, including moodboards, style boards, visual territories, and pre-production decks.
• Create graphic style guides for typography, supers, layouts, and visual systems for video and social content.
• Translate scripts and product demos into visual concepts that are easy to understand and execute.
• Support the Global Creative Director in shaping looks for product sizzles, social demos, paid media, and retail content.
• Assist in boarding out concepts, demo sequences, and key visual beats.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, DPs, editors, designers, and external partners to ensure creative intent.
