Axel Arigato is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Paris store. You will support the Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive store profitability, manage stock and inventory, and deliver the Axel Arigato experience in-store.

You will train the team, maintain visual merchandising, and engage daily with the Paris community through events. A proactive, humble leader who communicates well will thrive in our culture.

• Prior (assistant) management experience in retail.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong selling techniques.
• Great leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and can take initiative.

• Assist the Store Manager in driving profitability of the store, managing stock and inventory.
• Train customer relationship management
• Maintain and execute visual merchandising
• Assist in controlling and reporting administrative management

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join and help lead our team in our Paris store.

As Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing an energetic, vibrant team to drive the profitability of your store. As well as supporting your colleagues with a hands‑on approach, you’re somebody who is eager to learn, takes accountability and responsibility. Someone who thrives in an innovative and expanding organization. While we seek engagement and passion from our members, we offer support to you from our offices (including People & Culture, Finance, Operations, and Brand) as well as your in‑store team.

The responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the Store Manager in driving profitability of the store, managing stock and inventory.

• Prior (assistant) management experience in retail. Experience with high‑end retail brands is an advantage.

• Self‑motivated and can take initiative and open for development.
• Have a humble approach and contribute to a good team spirit.
• Willing to work flexible hours and availability as per business needs.
