Job Summary
The Assistant Program Director collaborates with the franchise owner (Area Developer) to help kids succeed in life through sports. This role manages the daily operations of the local sports franchise, including onsite marketing, coach recruitment, overseeing game-day activities, and customer service. The Program Director ensures brand standards are maintained and core concepts are demonstrated consistently. Warehouse Manager duties include inventory management and organizing supplies for easy access.
