Qualifications

  • Experience in managerial roles.

Responsibilities
  • Man the Facilities Help desk during operation hours 08 : 30-17 : 30
  • Answer and respond to incoming calls during 08 : 30-17.30
  • Oversee daily office operations and sort any relating issues such as provides management of moves & changes, starters & leavers, access control passes, vending, cleaning M&E services, snacking, general office back office and FM storage condition.
  • Ensure all reactive works are logged on Corrigo CAFM system and picked up completed in line with SLAs
  • Ensure Starters & Leavers are added & removed from Access control database in a timely manner and access is granted in line with Moodys Global Access Control Manual.
  • Assist the client (when requested) in reviewing CCTV footage.
  • Complete the Quarterly Access Control Audit.
  • Assist FM in raising JDE PO requests and submitting GRs on a timely manner and have the finance overview to support budget forecasting.
  • Maintain administration tasks within Facilities Services dept.
  • Maintain all department documentation to Best Practice standards ensure procedures and reviewed in line with JLL Quality Management System.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee supplier delivery of M&E services. Undertake a monthly cleaning audit with Cleaning Contract Manager. Ensuring any actions are recorded and managed to completion with the Cleaning Supervisor / Manager accordingly.
  • Complete site inspections ensuring all findings are recorded on Corrigo (reactive jobs) or CMO (Good Catches / Near Misses) platform as needed.
  • Play a key role when necessary within the Emergency Response Team.
  • Carry out all FM related adhoc duties as and when required.
