A luxury hotel in Paris is seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to manage the housekeeping team and ensure excellent service and team spirit. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in a similar role and fluency in English. Join a prestigious team and grow within a diverse, international environment.

Qualifications

  • 3 years' professional experience in a hotel of the same category.
  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages (at least English).
  • Proven ability to manage teams.

The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

Key Accountabilities
  • Supervise the organization of the housekeeping team and ensure team spirit by creating a motivating environment.
  • Manage the housekeeping staff, in collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Actively participate in the development of work processes.
  • Communicate instructions to housekeepers, chambermaids and valets, team members and lingers.
  • Ensure efficient and courteous service on the part of staff.
  • Ensure that teams present themselves well.
  • Ensure respect for the premises and equipment made available to the Housekeeping department, and take corrective action in the event of malfunctions.
General Requirements
  • 3 years' professional experience in a hotel of the same category
  • Curiosity and open-mindedness
  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages (at least English)
  • Knowledge and use of IT tools
  • Proven ability to manage teams
