EverAxis USA, Inc. seeks an Assembly Supervisor to directly oversee Naples, FL production and a team performing diverse assembly tasks. The role involves managing resources, ensuring quality, and training staff to follow defined procedures.

Qualifications

  • 2-year degree and 3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Must be J-Standard certified to solder.
  • Above average computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must understand AS9100 requirements.
  • Understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations (preferred but not required).

Responsabilités

  • Manage department resources, capacity and flow to ensure quality while meeting the production plan and customer needs.
  • Coordinate resource allocation with other Production Supervisors to achieve production goals.
  • Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems.
  • Lead by example in work ethic, attitude, and following work policies.
  • Complete trainings including Security Awareness, CUI, Safety, Ethics, and Quality.

Are you looking for an exciting career in electro-mechanical production in beautiful Naples, Florida?

EVERAXIS USA specializes in high-performance rotation and transmission technologies for the most demanding conditions. We are looking for talented innovative people to join our team and are currently seeking an Assembly Supervisor to directly oversee production and support employees engaging in various assembly tasks. The supervisor may also be required to perform these production tasks while training or as required by company needs.

Essential Functions:
  • Manage department resources, capacity and flow to ensure the highest quality while meeting the production plan and customer needs.
  • J-Standard solder certification preferred or must be capable of being certified after hire.
  • Coordinating resource allocation with other Production Supervisors to achieve production goals
  • Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems.
  • Maintain control and proper completion of all related process documents.
  • Assist in the development of cell policies and procedures.
  • Manage cross training, as well as ongoing work process and policy trainings.
  • Provide leadership to the team, including leading team meetings.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and all instruments are calibrated.
  • Ensure all materials are current and not expired.
  • Conduct and discuss performance evaluations with direct reports.
  • Ownership of work policy enforcement, which includes disciplinary discussions and documentation as necessary.
  • Lead by example in work ethic, attitude, and following work policies.
  • Recommend changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Complete all required trainings including but not limited to Security Awareness, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), H.E. (Safety, Health, and Environmental), Ethics, Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking, Quality and all performance/product related trainings.
  • Adhere to AS9100 and ISO procedures and ISO compliance.
  • Other support and duties as assigned.
Required/Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
  • Above average to expert knowledge of cell area.
  • Must be J-Standard certified to solder.
  • Above average computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change.
  • Must possess leadership skills.
  • Must possess troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
  • 2-year degree and 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Must understand AS9100 requirements.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through, high standard of attention to details.
  • Understand Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations.
  • Understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations (preferred but not required).
Supervisory Responsibility

This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the department.
