D.O.M. magazine in France is seeking an assembly technician to support production tasks, work with colleagues to meet daily targets, and uphold quality and safety standards.

You will report issues at first detection, participate in QRQC level 1, and adapt to night and mid shifts while learning new skills through multi-skill training. Applicants should be familiar with measurement gauges and simple drawings, and demonstrate strong teamwork and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have strong quality awareness and report issues at first detection.
• Willing to stop production and report quality or safety concerns immediately.
• Adhere to HSE rules, wear PPE, and report safety risks promptly.
• Able to work in night and mid shifts; ready for shift rotations as production demands.
• Open to multi-skill training and rotating to different skill positions.
• Strong teamwork and communication to coordinate with leaders and other assembly staff.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with other assembly technicians to complete production tasks.
• Report quality issues at first detection and inform the leader.
• Maintain safety by following rules, wearing PPE, and addressing risks within technician scope.
• Communicate timely with leaders about any output-related problems.
• Seek continuous improvement by identifying waste and proposing improvements.
• Attend QRQC Level 1 meetings to support leaders in achieving KPIs.
• Follow company discipline and employee handbook; comply with leadership orders.

Description du poste

• Work together with the other assembly technician in order to complete the production tasks. Report the quality issue at 1st time detection,与其他装配技术员一起合作完成组长的工作安排。及时上报发现的问题。
• Have quality awareness, find and report the potential quality risk. Stop production at the 1st detection and report to leader.有质量意识，主动发现和上报潜在的质量风险。出现质量问题，第一时间停止生产并上报给组长。
• Have the safety awareness; Respect the HSE rule, ware PPE; Find and report the safety risks, and solve the risks that can be solved in the level of the technician.有安全意识，遵守安全规定，佩戴 PPE， 主动发现和上报潜在的安全风险，并主动快速解决在装配技术员层面可以解决的风险。
• In time report and communicate with leaders if theres any problem related with output during the production.对于不能准时交货的产品，及时报告并与组长沟通协调。
• Have the innovation awareness. Willing to find the production waste and think to improve.有创新意识， 主动发现工作中的浪费并积极主动的改善。
• Join QRQC level 1 meeting, support leaders to reach the production KPI target.参加 QRQC Level 1 回顾会议，积极主动地协助组长领班完成生产部门的各项指标。

• Familiar with the measurement gauge function; be able to check and read the simple drawing; Strong quality awareness.了解测量工具的使用功能，能够看懂简单的图纸，具有较强的质量意识。
• Basic 5S knowledge and Lean knowledge.了解 5S 的基础知识，了解精益的基础知识。
• Strong safety awareness.具有较强的安全生产意识。
• Willing to join the multi-skill training, and be able to work shift for different skill position.愿意参加多技能培训，愿意多技能轮岗；
• Be able to work in night shift and mid shift, and be able to work overtime according to the production demand.根据生产需求，可以中夜班轮岗，可以加班。
