D.O.M. magazine is seeking an assembly technician to collaborate with teammates to complete production tasks. You will report quality issues at first detection and help maintain safety and lean practices.

Responsibilities include reading simple drawings, using measurement gauges, participating in QRQC meetings, and supporting KPI targets. Night and mid shifts, overtime possible; strong teamwork and customer focus are required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with measurement gauges and able to read simple drawings.
• Basic 5S and lean knowledge.
• Strong safety and quality awareness.
• Willing to join multi-skill training and work shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with other assembly technicians to complete production tasks.
• Report quality issues at first detection and notify leaders.
• Ensure safety by adhering to HSE rules and wearing PPE.
• Communicate with leaders if output has any issues during production.
• Support KPI attainment and participate in QRQC Level 1 reviews.

Work together with the other assembly technician in order to complete the production tasks. Report the quality issue at 1st time detection,与其他装配技术员一起合作完成组长的工作安排。及时上报发现的问题。Have quality awareness, find and report the potential quality risk. Stop production at the 1st detection and report to leader.有质量意识，主动发现和上报潜在的质量风险。出现质量问题，第一时间停止生产并上报给组长。Have the safety awareness; Respect the HSE rule, ware PPE; Find and report the safety risks, and solve the risks that can be solved in the level of the technician.有安全意识，遵守安全规定，佩戴PPE， 主动发现和上报潜在的安全风险，并主动快速解决在装配技术员层面可以解决的风险。In time report and communicate with leaders if theres any problem related with output during the production.对于不能准时交货的产品，及时报告并与组长沟通协调。Have the innovation awareness. Willing to find the production waste and think to improve.有创新意识， 主动发现工作中的浪费并积极主动的改善。Join QRQC level 1 meeting, support leaders to reach the production KPI target.参加QRQC Level 1回顾会议，积极主动地协助组长领班完成生产部门的各项指标。Respect the company discipline and the employee handbook.遵守公司纪律以及员工手册。Obey the activity orders from leaders and complete the task on time.服从组长领班的工作安排，按时完成产量。
